Minors who have a cell phone and a naked body available, please DO NOT:
- TAKE
- SEND to other minors
- SEND of other minors
- POSSESS
- VIEW
- REQUEST
You could be CHARGED with:
- Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles
- 5th degree felony
- Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor
- 2nd degree felony
- Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor
- 2nd degree felony
- Illegal Use of Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material
- 2nd degree felony
- Possessing Criminal Tools
- 5th degree felony
You could be SENTENCED to:
- 6-12 months in juvi
- Commitment to residential treatment facilities
- Probation
- Social media monitoring
- House arrest
- Community services
- Counseling/alcohol/drug treatment
- Child Protective Services
- Surrender cell phone
- Juvenile Offender Registrant (Sex offender registry!)
SO WHAT DO I DO?
If you receive a nude photo, immediately notify a parent, teacher, administrator, police, or an attorney
If you receive a nude photo, immediately delete it
DO NOT: resend, bring it to school, show anyone other than the adult you report it to
